How to Book
KS3: 4 February 2013
GCSE: 5 November 2012 (fully booked)
A Level: 28 January 2013 (fully booked)
Use the online form to make an application for free tickets to the LPO’s BrightSparks Concert Series for KS3, GCSE and A Level. Please supply all details required as we may not be able to alter bookings at a later date.
Please be aware that for GCSE and A Level there is one concert for each age group, which includes an interval.
Note for A level concert: we recommend early booking to avoid disappointment as this venue is smaller.
Cancelations will only be accepted up to 4 weeks prior to the concert. Late cancelations or failure to attend the concert will result in a charge to the school of £3.50 per ticket.
The details required include:
Both your email address and your Senior Manager’s email address – We will contact you about your tickets via email and your Senior Manager will be required to confirm the booking via email. NB: We will not be able to issue you with your tickets until we have received confirmation of your reservation from your Senior Manager.
The Concert you are attending and the number of tickets required – the number of tickets you request should include all pupils, teachers and helpers. We advise you to bring one adult to every 10 pupils.
Special requirements
Sign interpreter – A sign interpreter will be available on request. Please let us know if you require a signer and need seats near the interpreter.
Wheelchair Access – The Queen Elizabeth Hall has spaces for wheelchairs, which includes a seat for a carer. Please let us know how many of these you will need.
Tickets are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We will confirm whether your application has been successful within three weeks.
