The Band is the London Philharmonic Orchestra’s fusion ensemble for young people from Southwark, Lambeth and Lewisham.

Formed at the end of 2008, The Band have already played two concerts at Southbank Centre, with music featuring a wide range of influences from Latin and Hip-hop, to Lindy-hop and funk. Visit The Band's website to see more pictures and listen to some of The Band’s music, or to find out how to join.
